The High School Strength & Conditioning program offers students in Grades 9–12 an opportunity to train three days per week under the guidance of our S&C coaches. This activity is designed to help students develop strength, speed, endurance, and overall fitness to prepare for future sports seasons while also promoting lifelong health and wellness habits. Through structured group workouts and personalized goal-setting, students learn proper training techniques, injury prevention, and how to design workouts that support their individual athletic and fitness goals. Attendance expectations are the same as for all other school sports teams. There are no Saturday or weekend events for this activity. Students that are not selected for other selection sports may join the S&C team after the tryout period.
